All services provided under the Company's banner (collectively, the "Services") are subject to a strict seven (7) calendar day refund policy, beginning on the earlier of (a) the date of purchase or (b) the date Services are first made available or initiated.
1. Refund Eligibility
Refund requests must be submitted in writing within seven (7) calendar days of the applicable start date. Any refund request received after this period will be automatically denied. All eligible requests are reviewed at the Company's sole and absolute discretion, and approval is not guaranteed.
2. No Refunds After 7 Days
After the 7-day period has expired, all payments are final, non-cancelable, and non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to dissatisfaction, change of requirements, failure to use the Services, or any other reason.
3. Non-Refundable Work and Costs
All fees paid cover time, effort, resources, allocations, and/or access to Services. Any work performed, resources committed, or access provided—whether fully or partially utilized—is strictly non-refundable.
4. Client Acknowledgment and Responsibility
By purchasing or using the Services, you represent and agree that:
- You have reviewed and accepted the scope and nature of the Services prior to purchase
- You are solely responsible for determining that the Services meet your needs
- You will submit any refund request within the stated 7-day period
5. No Warranties
The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable U.S. law, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities.
In all cases, the Company's total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Services shall not exceed the total amount actually paid by you for the specific Service giving rise to the claim.
7. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
You agree to contact the Company to seek a resolution before initiating any chargeback or payment dispute. Any chargeback initiated after the 7-day refund window, or without prior notice, may be contested, and you agree to be responsible for any associated fees, costs, or expenses incurred by the Company in responding to such disputes, to the extent permitted by law.
8. Policy Acceptance
By purchasing, accessing, or using any Services under the Company's banner, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy & Limitation of Liability.
