Upon full payment, you own the final deliverables created specifically for your engagement. We retain rights to underlying methodologies, templates, and tools used to produce them.

Both parties agree to keep confidential information shared during the engagement private and to use it only for the engagement's purposes.
6. Warranties & Disclaimers
Marketing involves variables outside our control. We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic, leads, or revenue. Services are provided "as is" to the maximum extent permitted by law.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees you paid us for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the three months prior.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey.
